Parmesan Cookies

125 g butter, diced
125 g flour
35 g Parmesan cheese, grated
at will: salt/pepper/seeds/nuts, coarsely ground

Mix butter, flour and cheese, knead until smooth. Using a teaspoon, put the dough in small amounts on a baking tray (lined with parchment paper) and flatten. Make sure there is enough distance, cookies will spread while baking. Sprinkle with salt, pepper or seeds, if desired. Bake at 180 deg C for about 12 minutes or till the edges start to become golden.

Note: Freshly baked, these cookies are delicious but very crumbly. That improves till the next day, if you keep them in a cookie jar.
