250 g curd cheese
2 tb vegetable oil
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
2-3 tb breadcrumbs
Mix together curd cheese, oil, egg and salt until smooth. Stir in the breadcrumbs. Let rest at least 10-15 minutes. Form small dumplings (I used an icecream scoop). Cook in slightly bubbling salted water for approx 8 minutes.
