1 part milk
1 part whipping cream
1 part chocolate (at least 70%), or use up to 2 parts, if desired
spices or syrup, e.g. chili powder or elderberry syrup
Mix milk and whipping cream, bring to a boil. Remove from the stove, add the chocolate and melt, constantly stirring. Pour small amounts of the mixture into tiny cups, add the desired spice and stir well, then fill up with the remaining chocolate cream. Sip and enjoy. :-)
