3 TB butter
3 apples, peeled, small dices
1/2-1 TB sugar
1/2 TS cinnamon, ground
2 eggs
100 g milk
50 g flour
1 pn salt
powdered sugar
Melt the butter in an oven-safe pan. Pour half of the melted butter into a bowl, set aside.
Put apples into the pan, add sugar and cinnamon. At medium heat, gently roast the apples for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile whisk remaining butter, milk and eggs until foamy. Add flour and salt, stir well. Pour the batter over the apples and bake in preheated oven at 225 deg C for about 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
